All items has base stats like minimum damage or armor. Total stats are combination of condition and quality.
Example: Poor quality long sword in weakened condition total minimum damage is 6 x (0.75 x 1.1) where 0.75 is from poor quality and 1.1 is from weakened condition, so total minimum damage is 6 x (0.75 x 1.1) = 4.9
